Includes 2 delivery attempts (3rd attempt is an extra $99) + commissioned or notarized Affidavit of Personal Service. We will scan and email you the AOS and then send you the original Affidavit of Service in the mail so you can file at your respective courthouse.

LATE FEES
Additional Fees:
($2.00/per minute) for waiting time beyond 10 minutes applies if documents and/or persons signing the documents or delivering or dropping off the documents are not ready at the scheduled and agreed upon appointment time. Please note that the late fee is due and payable along with the regular fee prior to services being rendered and provided. The late fees are due and payable for reasons beyond DocServer.ca or Notary2u's control, such as client forgetting to bring/supply all court documents, not printing off documents, incorrectly filled out documents or in the case of the legal incapacity of any signing person or party/s.
